Job description:
1. Participate in new product research and development projects and transition to production of LiDAR or laser;
2. Conduct scheme research, optical design, and process development for laser radar;
3. Determine the design parameters and inspection standards of optical devices/components;
4. Responsible for optical or optomechanical design, process development, validation, and testing of products;
5. Resolve various technical difficulties and potential issues that arise during product design and process development to ensure stability;
6. Responsible for writing various technical documents related to newly developed products, providing technical training and support;
7. Assist the production department in importing standardized products and provide technical support for the manufacturing process
8. Responsible for evaluating customer needs and providing various technical services and support to customers;
9. Participate in order review as needed and provide relevant product data;
10. Participate in the technical improvement of mass-produced products, participate in system integration and testing of products, and support small-scale trial production of products.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in optics, optoelectronics, precision instruments or related majors;
2. Experience in developing LiDAR related products is preferred, familiar with optical design, and proficient in optical simulation tools;
3. Familiar with semiconductor lasers, solid-state lasers, or other lasers, with work experience preferred;
